Knowing the morning that comes with the tomato.

When a real grower joins, this space will show more than colour: that year’s rain, harvest time, how work was shared and why the crop may only travel within a limited area.

Production, materials and conditions

This concept follows seasonal field-grown tomatoes from morning harvest through shaded packing and the shortest practical route to the user. It makes no organic claim. A real record would separately disclose seedling source, irrigation, fertiliser and crop-protection practices, and harvest date.

Capacity and preparation

The sample unit is 3 kg. Harvest period, weekly capacity, delivery radius and collection point will be set with a real grower; no stock exists today.
