THE OBA BAKERY
One loaf, shared work beginning the night before.
Bread is told through more than its final form: seed, flour, starter, baker, oven fire and the day it will be shared. A real pilot would trace every batch.
Production, materials and conditions
The sample recipe is based on whole-wheat flour, water, salt and sourdough starter. Real production would record grain variety, mill, fermentation time, allergens, weight and oven conditions per batch. It contains gluten and makes no gluten-free claim.
Capacity and preparation
The illustrative weight is about 850 g. Bake days, daily quantity, collection point and storage guidance will be set after a real bakery pilot.

Linked example storefront
A real storefront would bring regional growers, bakers, aromatic-plant producers, seed stewards and supporting experts together without dissolving them into one company identity. Every record keeps its own responsible party and transaction boundary.
