Examples of shared storefronts

A grower, a baker and a designer could share a storefront, each telling their own story and showing their work. We call groups that work together in this way Solidarity Circles.

The two storefronts and their images below are illustrative examples created to explain the idea.

REPRESENTATIVE PRODUCT MATCH · SYSTEM REHEARSAL

Let one product help meet another need.

Makers in BenBiz Store will be able to open suitable products to exchange. When one storefront’s offering meets another storefront’s need, the system will show both products, their conditions and recorded values side by side.

  1. 01

    The maker chooses

The product owner sets whether exchange is open, what they need and which conditions they accept.

  2. 02

    Value is compared

Recorded amounts are compared on a shared scale; equivalence or any value difference is shown clearly to both sides.

  3. 03

    Both sides approve

A match is only a proposal. No exchange is formed until both storefronts accept the conditions, delivery method and any difference.

  4. 04

    The record remains

Who each product came from, the conditions of exchange and both parties’ approvals remain visible in the record.

PRICES AND COSTS

See what you’ll pay upfront.

When sales open, buyers will see their total and sellers will see which amounts are deducted from the sale price before they proceed.

Sales and payments on BenBiz are not open yet.

The market’s share

3%

Helps run the market, review product information and provide support. Calculated on the product’s sale price and deducted from the seller’s proceeds.

Payment service

Actual cost

The provider’s transaction fee is deducted from the seller’s proceeds. BenBiz adds no margin, and buyers are not charged an extra card fee.

Shipping and delivery

Shown upfront

If delivery is not included in the price, its cost is shown separately before confirmation and is usually paid by the buyer. BenBiz adds no margin.

See how the amounts are worked out
For the buyer
The product or service price and any separately charged delivery fee are shown together. No card fee is added later based on the payment method.
For the seller
The 3% market share, the payment service’s actual fee and any delivery included in the price are deducted separately from the sale amount.

For example, the market’s share of a TRY 1,000 product is TRY 30. The payment service and any delivery fee are calculated separately.

The payment service’s fee will be the actual amount in the contract with the chosen licensed provider.

Tax, invoicing, returns and delivery terms will be settled for each product or project before sales open.

BenAkçe and BenGram are not yet in use and do not constitute a confirmed promise of payment. The currency equivalent is derived from NBP’s latest daily gram-gold value and Table A mid rates; it is not an intraday bid or offer, payment instruction, gold balance, proof of reserves or investment advice.
